  • Can I Return My Contact Lenses If My Prescription Has Changed?

    60 Day Returns Guarantee. If Your Prescription Has Changed Or You Have Ordered The Incorrect Prescription, Just Return Any, Unopened And Undamaged Boxes To Us Within 60 Days Of The Order Date.

    We Will Then Issue A Refund Equivalent To The Amount Returned, Less Any Postage Paid. 

  • Can I Return My Eye Care Product?

    60 Day Returns Guarantee. If You Wish To Return Your Eye Care Product Back To Us, Just Return Any, Unopened And Undamaged Boxes / Bottles To Us Within 60 Days Of The Order Date.

    If In The Event, You Experience A Split Or Faulty Contact Lens Or Faulty Eye Care Product Please Contact Our Customer Service Team On 0207 856 0586 Or Email Us At info@qualityeyes.com Where We Will Be Happy To Replace The Equivalent Amount Of Faulty Lenses With Loose Lenses And Replace Any Eye Care Products Upon Inspection Of The Fault.

    All Refunds Will Appear On Your Account Within 5 Working Days. No Refunds Are Issued Until The Products Are Returned To Us.

*Made to order contact lenses such as our ‘XR’ ranges cannot be cancelled / returned for a refund once ordered as these are tailor made.

*For full refunds to your bank account, Contact Lenses and Eye Care products must be returned to us (un-opened & un-damaged) within 60 days of the order date.

*Postage paid cannot be refunded.
