Returns & Refunds
If you need to return your lenses to us for any reason here is a outline of our return policy.
If your prescription changes / You have ordered the incorrect prescription
60 day returns garauntee. If your prescription has changed or you have ordered the incorrect prescription, just return any leftover lenses,unopened and in their original, undamaged unopened box and we will issue a credit equivalent to the amount returned, if it is within 2 months of you buying the lenses. We’ll credit your account within 48 hours once we’ve checked the returned products. We will be happy to supply replacement lenses to your new prescription.
Made to order lenses such as our ‘XR’ ranges can not be returned for a refund or store credit; if you need to cancel a made to order lens this must be done within 24 hours of ordering.
If we ever make a mistake
This rarely happens. But if we supply the wrong products or prescription, or they’re somehow damaged in transit, simply return them to us. Then we will supply the products you wanted.
In the event that your parcel is not delivered within the estimated time, before any refunds can be issued, we will send out either a replacement batch of contact lenses (to our discretion) to replace the lost order, or a supply of free contact lenses (equivalent to the extended waiting period of 5 working days past the estimated delivery date) to allow for any unexpected delays.
If you’re ever not happy
If it turns out that you receive your order and you’re just not happy with it for any reason, you may return any unopened, unmarked boxes to us within 14 days of you receiving your order and receive a full refund on all the products. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
